A pretty limp experience.
There are a lot of ways to utilize sadism in your projects, but I can't seem to find any appeal for this movie. It's not slow and detailed enough for something like the Guinea Pig series or a quick and to-the-point shocker like Baby Basher by MakoSucks. It's not even subversive like something MisterDavey would make because madness already is gory and violent.
The blowtorch idea is ripped from Hostel and focusing on hands is a really odd choice.
I'd say don't try to touch this concept again, because for it to work you need someone with a twisted enough imagination, which you clearly don't possess.

Fair criticisms, it IS my first movie/short so of course there would be some goofs. There were more things i wanted to do but because of how close madness day was i just decided to cut most of the ideas for torture. The speed was something i definitely need to work on cause i wasnt even thinking about it i was just doing the stuff cause i could. Plus the main reason for making this was to fuck with people and it seemed to do the job ao imo i did good enough :3

As far as madness cartoons go, this is laughably bad and poorly conceived.
There is no central narrative that is worthwhile (or even believable), and each scene is interchangeably worthless. If you can get past the staggeringly dull introduction, you will be rewarded with embarrassingly choppy and amateurish "action" scenes.
Any modicum of originality (which consists of stealing ideas from children's games) is undermined by stupendously poor execution and a lack of creativity so grave it's almost concerning.
This movie's effect on me could be best described as a "paroxysm of lethargy"
